Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms cover the AceCut app and website, including tennis video editing, AI highlight selection, shot visualization, rally selection and score overlay tools. “We” and “us” refer to SWINK AI INC., the provider of AceCut. Contact us at hello@goswie.com. By using AceCut, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Using AceCut

Use AceCut only where you are legally able to accept these terms. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. Keep any account credentials secure and give accurate information when requesting support. Do not access another person’s account, bypass security or payment restrictions, disrupt processing, or use the service for unlawful surveillance or harassment.

3. Your footage and permissions

You retain your rights in the footage you import and the content you create. You give AceCut permission to process that content as necessary to perform the features you request, including detecting plays, separating clips, selecting rallies, adding score overlays and exporting highlights. This permission does not transfer ownership of your footage to us. You are responsible for obtaining any required permission from players, spectators, venues and rights holders, including appropriate permission for footage of children. Only add music or other material you have permission to use.

4. AI highlights and score overlays

AceCut analyzes tennis footage to find rallies and create highlights, with optional ball trails and score overlays. Camera angle, occlusion, lighting and video quality can affect results. Rallies and trajectories may be missed or incorrect, and score overlays depend on the information you provide. Review and correct outputs before sharing or using them. AceCut outputs are not official referee decisions or certified match records. Keep your original recordings; an edited highlight is not a complete record of a game.

5. Sharing and third-party services

You decide whether to export and share your highlights. Check for personal information and obtain any necessary permissions before publishing. Exported copies may remain with recipients after you delete your own copy. App stores and external sharing services have their own terms. AceCut’s software, branding and website materials remain protected by their owners’ intellectual property rights.

6. Paid features, if offered

Prices, included features, usage limits and any renewal conditions are shown before purchase. If you buy a subscription through an app store, manage cancellation and billing through that store. Deleting the app does not itself cancel a subscription. Refunds are subject to the applicable store process and your statutory rights; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections.

7. Availability and ending use

Features may change as the product develops. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. You may stop using AceCut at any time and contact us about deleting information associated with your use. Export anything you need before requesting deletion. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on automated outputs. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

8. Questions, disputes and updates

Contact hello@goswie.com about a problem so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not restrict your right to contact a regulator or bring a claim in a court available under applicable law. We may update these terms and will identify the updated date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling in more detail.
